Top to Binge Watch This Winter!

Sometimes we all need to binge watch a bit of TV we have seen a thousand times.

So, I am writing this post to share with you my top three best binge watches.

As this is a collaboration, check out Panasonic Oled TV

They have got you covered for all your TV needs with The NEW OLED TV. Trust me I have recently bought a new 40” TV and I can tell you binge watching is so much better, so they must have got something right with a 77” TV? Take a look for yourself.

Right, it didn’t take me long to pick my top three binge watching go to shows and here they are:

Gilmore Girls,

Gilmore Girls is a must watch for me anytime I can’t find something else to watch or just to make me feel good. I honestly don’t know how anyone could not love it! Gilmore Girls is Funny, it’s got Drama and a great story line all the way through.  If you haven’t seen it then you must not have lived. Gilmore Girls is a ‘Dromady’ (I think I got that right) about the lives of a single mum and her daughter who are just trying to deal with the everyday struggles of life living in Stars Hollow Connecticut. I have watched every episode from beginning to end nearly 5 times now and it still hasn’t got old! I am forever learning new things about the character’s I missed 1st, 2nd and even 4th time around. If you haven’t seen it I highly recommend giving it a watch.

Life on Mars /Ashes to Ashes,

1st of all I must confess my love for Philip Glenister, he’s obviously a lot older than me but I have such a crush on him I even bought his DCI Gene Hunt calendar a few years back. (I kept it up for a lot longer than a year) Back to talking about the show/shows, Life on Mars came first and is a story about a modern-day police Detective Sam Tyler that gets hit by a car and goes back in time to the year 1973, he begins to give up hope that he’ll return to his former life in the present day. Nonetheless, he works with the team of officers he is stuck with in 1973 to help them solve cases despite clashes with his boss, Detective Chief Inspector Gene Hunt. (My man crush) Ashes to Ashes is referred to as a Life On Mars spin-off, it’s actually a direct sequel. Adding more to the story. With a new main character in the place of Sam Tyler in the form of Alex Drake. Ashes to Ashes follows a similar story line, A detective from the modern day who gets shot and is sent back to the 1980’s. She must work with DCI Gene who has swapped his Ford Cortina for an Audi Quattro in this series and work with his team to deal with the ‘Southern Nancy Criminals of the 1980’s. Ashes to Ashes also answers a lot of questions we all had from watching life on mars and its truly a great sequel.

Archer – ‘DANGER ZONE’,

Archer is an adult cartoon/ animation spy sitcom. The series focuses on the life of Sterling Archer, the self-proclaimed ‘”world’s greatest secret agent.” It also involves a select few main characters at the spy firm including another field agent a HR manager and a crazy scientist. I Always watch archer when I am down and need a bit of cheering up or I just need a good giggle. It’s funny and it has a story line to follow through each series. I much prefer the earlier seasons like 1 to 3 rather than the latest ones as they are classics, I have watched them so many times I don’t even need to watch to know what’s happening. Archer is a feel-good show and I would recommend it to anyone without something to watch.

I love a good binge watch with a cup of tea and some chocolate biscuits. If you have any top shows you binge watch let me know because you can never have too many and I am always looking for new things to watch!
